Keen Assayance Terms of Use and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Keen Assayance platform. They explain the responsibilities and rights of you, the user, and the relevant platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, accessing the service or starting a transaction. When you accept these Terms, you form a legally enforceable agreement with the applicable counterparty.

When you sign up, sign in, use any platform function or otherwise interact with Keen Assayance, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. You must not reproduce, share, publish or commercially exploit this content without prior written authorisation. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal penalties.

Every detail you submit, including your identity, contact information and payment data, must be accurate, complete and current. False, missing or outdated information may lead to access restrictions, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing practices.

You remain fully responsible for each investment or trading choice made through Keen Assayance, whether placed yourself or generated through AI-supported automation, together with any resulting consequences. Keen Assayance provides software and trading functionality only; it does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or assurances of profit. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may fluctuate substantially, and you could lose all the money invested. Previous performance is not a reliable guide to future outcomes. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or add to these Terms when necessary, including because of regulatory changes, technological progress or shifts in market conditions. Where practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ notice through email, an in-platform message or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you are considered to have accepted them. If a significant change is made, you may choose to close your account.
